As part of Maresco’s full service portfolio we provide support to our customers by managing and monitoring their critical networks.

Our customers are looking for worry free support and a company they can rely on to keep all elements of their network up and running smoothly; they have expressed an interest in having authentication and all IP devices monitored. We have responded to their needs with Maresco’s 24 by 7 Technical Assistance Center or TAC. Today we have Network Support Agreements with numerous major carriers and their clients, municipalities, cities, multi-dwelling landlords, hospitals and both large & small business customers.

We have standardized packages for monitoring and maintenance or we can develop a customized agreement to suit your specific needs. Either way, a Network Support Agreement with Maresco will provide peace of mind that you have a trusted business partner that will be watching your network & keep you connected. Our professional & well-qualified personnel will monitor & support your network remotely from our TAC or our certified & experienced field teams with top of the line test gear and tools will trouble shoot on site. As part of our services we even support Cisco Smartnet. Our proactive agreements include scheduled maintenance & management of software upgrades. We can provide sparing equipment either on site or as part of our spare storage and spare pool.

We are available to support & manage your network anywhere and anytime. We have provided monitoring & field services in the middle of winter from the tops of multi story buildings in Toronto to floating in the Niagara Gorge under the falls.
